Job Description

Job Title: Customer Service Advisor - At-Risk Customer Support
Location: Watford (Free parking on site)
Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 (depending on experience)
Type: Permanent, Full-time

Start date: 10th December (full attendance required for 6 weeks training)

About the Role:
We are seeking empathetic and proactive customer service advisors to join our team and support vulnerable or at-risk customers. You will contact identified customers via calls, webchat, and email, offering assistance and providing a high level of care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse customer data to identify "at-risk" indicators.
  • Reach out to customers in need, providing empathetic support.
  • Handle sensitive conversations with professionalism and understanding.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Act as an ambassador for the company, ensuring a positive customer experience.

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong communication and people skills.
  • The ability to manage difficult or sensitive conversations with empathy.
  • A calm, solution-focused approach when addressing customer concerns.
  • A willingness to learn company policies and procedures.
  • Previous customer service experience is required.
