Dutch Speaking Inbound Sales & Customer Service Agent - London

Permanent Position - Full-Time or Part-Time Available

Salary & Commission: £11p/a Commission structure & company benefits

As a Sales & Customer Service Agent, you are in the best position to support the consumers providing support to customers with recommendations and suitable package enhancements for their needs. Successful candidates will speak Dutch to a fluent level and have a passion for customer service and a natural ability to influence sales.

Skills Requirements

• Handle incoming calls for both sales and service calls
• Handle service requests in the applications system supplied by client
• Generate sales through understanding customer needs and creating desire
• Cancel, modify or confirm visits already sold
• Up-sell additional products, services and extended stays
• Dutch speaker to fluent level
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Able to add to a high-performance team culture where agents "exhaust all opportunities" to achieve targets and brand loyalty for the client
• A natural ability to drive sales

Please note that while you will support a specific contract, whose opening hours are 8 am - 8 pm Monday - Friday, 8-4 Saturday and 9 am-4 Sunday. Shifts will include 1 weekend day every other week with a weekday given in lieu.
Part time available: Flexible hours between 08:00 - 13:00 Mon-Sunday and 16:00 - 20:00 Mon-Friday.
