Job role: Dry Riser Inspector
Location: Epping, Essex
Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8 am - 4:30/5.00 pm)

Permanent after successful completion of a 3-month probationary period.

My client is looking for a dedicated individual to conduct routine visual inspections of Dry Riser Systems.

What You'll Do:

• Conduct routine inspections on each floor, carrying out any minor remedial work identified such as changing the glass or replacing a value
• Test the values to ensure they open and close
• Ensure all Riser Systems are operating in accordance with British Standards.
• Provide accurate feedback reports and photos from site.
• Work independently on a day-to-day basis, and occasionally as part of a small team.

What You'll Bring:

• Proven experience of servicing and maintaining Dry Riser Systems (desirable).
• Familiarity with British Standards and IFEDA certification (preferred).
• Experience/Knowledge of Sprinkler Systems, Wet Risers, and Installations (highly desirable).
• Full UK driving license (essential)
• CSCS Card (essential)
