We are supporting a unique business in the Lloyd's Insurance market who are responsible for handling and managing the investments of HNWI, LLP's and companies into the Lloyd's Insurance market.

They are actively recruiting for a Deputy Operations Manager in a newly created role with excellent long term career potential.

It is essential that you have worked in a similar role in a FCA regulated environment in either the Lloyd's Insurance industry or they will also consider senior operations experience in Investment/Asset Management too.

This role will be very wide ranging and requires strong experience in working with both internal and external clients - ideally HNWI, as you will have direct contact to discuss the ongoing management of their investments - you will NOT be giving investment advice.

This team is responsible for the management of clients monies and the administration of the funds they are invested in. Operations and Risk Management skills are essential

Strong experience in preparing client communications to advise them of end of year results and following year expectations would be ideal.

This is working in a busy and hard working team, so experience of managing a team , including appraisals and training is a key requirement.

We would love to speak to you if you have worked in a FCA regulated senior Operations role in the Lloyd's market such as with a Syndicate or a Managing Agents OR have worked in a similar Operations role in the Investment/Asset Management industry.
