Customer Service Temp

Job Description

Customer Service - Tunbridge Wells, UK

One month contract.
Monday to Friday 8.45am - 5pm
£13 per hour
Immediate start
We are currently seeking a temporary Customer Service professional who can hit the ground running and contribute to our team's success immediately.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Answering inbound calls and taking detailed messages.
  • Liaising with internal departments to follow up on queries.
  • Performing strong administrative tasks, including placing orders in our system.
  • Managing multiple tasks with quick turnarounds in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Great attention to detail and administrative accuracy.
  • A confident, self-starting personality with the ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks.
