Brook Street Recruitment is working with our shipping client in Belfast to recruit a Customer Service Representative with Customs experience to join their team.

Duties include

• Liaising with clients from point of booking through import clearance and to final delivery to door
• Resolving operational problems
• Liaising with overseas agents and managing the shipping process from origin to destination
• Processing inbound customs through NI and ROI customs systems

Criteria

• Have previous customer service experience in a similar sea freight role - would also consider someone with good customer service experience in another mode
• Must have experience of inbound/outbound customs process
• Be customer focused and dedicated to providing great service in all circumstances
• Have a strong attention to detail and be process driven

Working Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm

Salary will depend on experience - 25-35k
