Job Description

Are you looking to step into an office based career in customer services? Have you got experience in hospitality, retail, or other customer service roles?

Working with a central based award winning company, you will be handling customer services duties in an Fixed Term Contract (6 months) role. You will be delivering excellent customer service, both in writing and on the phone. You will be working with multiple systems across a diverse product range.

What would benefit me?

  • Hybrid work- Full training is given and will be in the office for 4 weeks, after which the job is a hybrid role with 2 days in the office per week. The working days are Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am - 8pm (7.5hr shifts), with a Saturday rota in the month.

Typical duties include:

  • Updating systems and customer records
  • Handing customer phone calls and queries
  • Working quickly and efficiently in a team, to deliver excelled customer services

Salary is £24,095 (pro rata). Contract is fixed term for 6 months
