Job Description
Customer Service Agent- April 2025 Start
Location: Southampton
Salary: £25,000 - £28,000
Employment Type: Full-time permanent
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, between 8:00am - 8:00pm Monday to Thursday, and 8:30am - 5:00pm Friday. Currently, 1 Saturday per month (9:00am - 2:00pm) and bank holidays, depending on business need.
We're partnering with a leading company in the [industry] sector to recruit a passionate and dedicated Customer Service Agent to join their dynamic team in Southampton. In this role, you'll receive comprehensive training and support to help you provide exceptional service to customers, assisting them with personalised and sustainable repayment solutions in a respectful and empathetic manner.
What You'll Do:
- Communicate Effectively: Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and SMS to support customers and third-party organisations.
- Manage Accounts: Collect payments, resolve queries, and address customer concerns.
- Offer Tailored Support: Provide empathetic and personalised solutions to vulnerable customers, ensuring they receive the right level of support.
