Job Description
Brook Street are proud to be working with an established business where Customer Service is at the heart of everything they do. We are seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our clients call centre team as a Customer Service Representative.
You will be the first point of contract for all customers and will be responsible for addressing all queries promptly and professionally in line with the companies values.
Hours: Monday to Friday, Alternative shifts (8am - 4:30pm and 9am to 5:30pm) *Fully office based* NO WEEKENDS!
Up to £12.00 per hour
Temporary to permanent position
Various start dates throughout August, September, and October!

Responsibilities:
- Answer and manage a high volume of inbound calls (average 150-200 per day)
- Handle customer queries efficiently and professionally
- Have great attention to detail
- Set up payment plans and process payments
- Up sell products to customers and explore other products and services beneficial to the customer
- Create and manage new customer accounts
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
- Confident on the telephone and excellent manner
