Job Description
Our client are looking for experienced customer service advisors to join their market leading boiler team to provide first class customer service to their extensive customer base.
Minimum Requirements: Proven customer service skills. GCSE Grade 4 or equivalent in English
Location: Belper, Derby (office based)
Salary: £24,103 plus bonus up to £1,500 per annum. Overtime also available
Hours: 39.5 hours per week, Shift work between 8am - 6pm Monday to Friday, 8am - 3pm Saturday, 8am - 12pm Sunday
Start Date: As soon as possible
Your Role: You will be dealing with customers who contact our client via telephone, email, SMS live chat or WhatsApp to arrange engineer visits. You will gain an understanding of each customer's situation, spotting potential opportunities to deliver excellent customer service. Working in line with Contact Centre processes and targets to ensure a professional service is provided at all levels.
