Are you ready for a new and rewarding opportunity? Brook Street is thrilled to represent a fantastic client in Huntingdon, and we are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their enthusiastic call centre team on a temporary to permanent basis

Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Answer customer enquiries, provide information, and resolve queries.
- Sales and Orders: Assist customers with product information, take orders, and process payments.
- Email Correspondence: Respond to email enquiries promptly and efficiently.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Complaint Handling: Process complaints and exchanges/returns professionally.
- Account Management: Open new accounts, chase outstanding payments, and maintain accurate customer records.
- Enhance Customer Experience: Ensure every customer's experience is positive and memorable.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: Full-time, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Competitive Pay:
- £12.82 per hour
