Customer Service Advisor

Brook Street are looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join our client's enthusiastic team. The right candidate needs to ensure the highest standards of customer service is consistently delivered, you are people focused, committed and have a positive attitude.

Responsibilities:

• Developing and maintaining relationships with portfolio of customers
• Ensure products are delivered on time and monitor for successful delivery
• Checking in with customers to make sure they are happy with product and service
• Liaise with production team to help resolve any issues customers are experiencing
• Assisting new customers with account application forms and payment terms
• Credit checking and monitoring customer accounts
• Inputting call information onto the company system
• General admin duties such as emailing, data entry, filing

Monday to Friday

Office hours

Salary: £24,000-£26,000 per annum
