Job Description
As a crucial member of our Clients Services Team, you will play a vital role in delivering Customer Services via telephone, providing guidance, and ensuring effective account management for our clients Contract Hire and Finance Lease business. This role is instrumental in delivering service excellence to our clients portfolio, contributing to departmental growth, and fostering repeat business opportunities.
Main Responsibilities:
- Respond to a high volume of incoming calls, providing excellent customer service and ensuring adherence to company guidelines and procedures.
- Serve as the first contact point for administering cases via telephone, email, or written correspondence.
- Proactively understand customer's requirements, demonstrating industry and product knowledge.
- Exceed customer expectations by negotiating payments and charges within agreed authority levels.
- Analyse and rectify accounts, demonstrating initiative and negotiation skills.
Principal Contacts / Working Relationships: Establish and maintain contacts with Customers and Suppliers
Education, Training, and Experience:
- Full PC Literacy.
- GCSE Maths and English at level C or above.
- Prior experience in delivering excellent customer service in a contact centre environment
