Part-Time Customer Service Administrator
Location: L37 8
Pay Rate: £11.44 per hour
Job Type: Temporary (Start date: Monday, 17th February)
Are you looking for a temporary part-time role in a customer-focused environment? My client has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Administrator to join their team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling incoming customer calls and providing exceptional service
- Managing and arranging diaries for appointments and meetings
- General administrative support and data entry
- Responding to customer queries and ensuring efficient resolution
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
Skills & Experience Required:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Previous experience in customer service or administration is preferred but not essential
Hours:
- Part-time role
- Flexible hours (to be agreed)
