Part-Time Customer Service Administrator
Location: L37 8
Pay Rate: £11.44 per hour
Job Type: Temporary (Start date: Monday, 17th February)
Are you looking for a temporary part-time role in a customer-focused environment? My client has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Administrator to join their team!
Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling incoming customer calls and providing exceptional service
  • Managing and arranging diaries for appointments and meetings
  • General administrative support and data entry
  • Responding to customer queries and ensuring efficient resolution
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations


Skills & Experience Required:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
  • Previous experience in customer service or administration is preferred but not essential


Hours:

  • Part-time role
  • Flexible hours (to be agreed)
