Job Description
Customer Sales Advisor
Minimum Requirements: 1 years targeted sales experience within the last 3 years.
Location: Remote, Mainland UK only
Competitive salary and bonus: £23,000 plus average bonus earning potential of £8,700 per annum. Uncapped bonus.
Hours: 37.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern between the hours of 8am - 8pm, Monday to Sunday.
Start dates: 11th November 2024

The role you'll do:
As a Customer Sales Advisor in our busy Inbound team, you'll be the first point of contact for customers looking to register their appliances. Day-to-day, you'll:
Build rapport with customers, get to know their individual needs and put their interests first.
Provide excellent customer service and register appliances efficiently.
Use your brilliant sales and communication skills to upsell products that provide peace of mind.

What else to expect:
In a 3-week training programme (Mon - Fri: 09:00 - 17:30) you'll learn our systems, meet your new colleagues, perfect your sales technique and learn what makes a great customer experience
This department has rotational shift patterns based on a 37.5-hour contract, between the hours of 8am to 8pm Monday to Sunday. You would be working 1 full weekend and 2 Saturday's on a 8-week rotational schedule.

The experience and skills you need:
1 years continuous and targeted sales experience within the last 3 years
A background in targeted sales and customer service
A driven mindset with strong customer service and sales skills and a love for hitting targets
Great communication skills - you're at ease building rapport, listening to customers and demonstrating empathy when needed
A team player committed to creating an excellent customer experience
Unflappable and resilient attitude to juggle tasks
