Customer Sales Advisor
Minimum Requirements: 1 years targeted sales experience within the last 3 years.
Location: Remote, Mainland UK only
Competitive salary and bonus: £21,466 plus average bonus earning potential of £7,654 per annum. Uncapped bonus.
Hours: 35 hours per week across 4 days. Working days are Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday, starting at 8am which includes 2x 8.5 hour shifts and 2x 9 hour shifts.

The role you'll do:
As a Customer Sales Advisor in our busy team, you'll be the first point of contact for customers looking to register their appliances. Day-to-day, you'll:
- Build rapport with customers, get to know their individual needs and put their interests first.
- Provide excellent customer service and register appliances efficiently.
- Use your brilliant sales and communication skills to upsell products that provide peace of mind.

What else to expect:
- In a 3-week training programme (Weds & Thurs 8am-6pm and Fri-Sat 8am-5:30pm) you'll learn our systems, meet your new colleagues, perfect your sales technique and learn what makes a great customer experience

The experience and skills you need:
- 1 years continuous and targeted sales experience within the last 3 years
- A background in targeted sales and customer service
- A driven mindset with strong customer service and sales skills and a love for hitting targets
- Great communication skills - you're at ease building rapport, listening to customers and demonstrating empathy when needed
- A team player committed to creating an excellent customer experience
- Unflappable and resilient attitude to juggle tasks
