Customer Operation Lead
Do you have experience working with Utilities, Gas and Electric?
We are currently supporting one of our clients based in Reading who are looking for an 'Operations Customer Lead' to join their join on a 6 months temporary basis (Has the opportunity to go Temp to Perm)
Overview
This role will support and enable the delivery of a range of customer facing operational functions. The role will be vital in ensuring that our customers receive exemplary service when in contact through our website, electronically, or over the phone.
Examples will include supporting customers to alter their supplies, look for a new connection, manage their information, handle any complaints, and ensuring that we priorities the needs of our most exposed customers when supplies have issues. You will need to be a great listener, empathetic to the customer whilst ensuring due process is followed.
Responsibilities.
- Efficiently manage customer enquiries.
- Complete minor enquires within in a short time frame
- Receive records, assessments, and direct complaints, dealing with solutions and resolutions.
- Ensure customers are listed on computer system correctly
- Day to day administration, dealing with out of hours rotas
- Act in a professional manner about colleagues, confidentiality, security, personal attitude, communication, and presentation.
Experience.
- At least three years' experience in delivering a range of customer facing processes.
- Experience in managing sensitive customer issues.
- Experienced in handling customer complaints.
- Knowledge of utilities would be highly desirable.
- A collaborative mindset, used to work closely with colleagues and external partners
- A genuine passion and drive for "getting stuff done" to help deliver an amazing service
- Someone who takes ownership of their workload communicating realistic timescales
- Confidence and be comfortable approaching the team and external partners, ask questions and build relationships
- Motivation to achieve success
- Contribute to support the wider team
Working hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00am - 17:00pm (Flexible working offered)
Pay Rate: £35k (Weekly paid)
