Job Description
Are you an experienced Supervisor with experience of the Facilities Management industry? If so my Halifax-based client is looking for a Compliance Team Supervisor, this is a full-time office-based role working 40 hours a week.
Main duties
- During periods of staff absence ensure that customer service levels are maintained and clients work is efficiently processed
- To ensure Team and Department targets and performance measures are met
- To provide cover when necessary for immediate Manager
- To assist, as appropriate any first line disciplinary action in line with the company's processes and procedures
- To assist in the control of the Departments bonus incentive scheme
- Assist in the monitoring and control of the Department's performance against company and client KPI's with the aim of achieving continuous improvement - to be specified
- To assist in the development of the Helpdesk Procedure Manual to set out best practice and act as a training aid
- Team training/development
- Customer Service - you will be responsible for a small number of clients
Experience Required
- Preferable 3 years' experience in a customer service role within the compliance or reactive maintenance business sector
- A good understanding of compliance disciplines and certification requirements
- Competence in using the Microsoft Office package for data retrieval and reporting purposes
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task when under pressure
- Ability to learn new client systems and provide the relevant team training
- Good sickness/absence record (within Company expectations)
- Proven ability to take the lead dealing with all aspects of client and subcontractor queries using actions in line with company policy / escalation process
- Ability to delegate effectively where appropriate
- Communicate effectively to both senior management and team members
- Ability to implement change effectively within the dept. and team
- Ability to effectively manage your team's workload to ensure excellent customer service is delivered at all times
