My Prestigious Client are a well-established, family-run Private Health Insurance company are seeking an experienced Health Services Advisor to join their growing assessment and liaison team.
About the Role
As a Clinical Customer Advisor, you'll play a crucial role in enhancing our health services by leveraging your medical practice experience and expertise in handling medical reports. You'll work on complex issues, assess medical communications, and support the team's understanding of medical practices and terminology.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and assess health reports to ensure appropriate next steps
- Support customers through the hospital liaison process
- Assist company-wide understanding of medical practices and terminology
- Influence improvements in internal procedures
- Support the Medical Advisory Panel in service development
- Conduct root cause analysis for identified issues
- Produce reports for internal use and senior management
- Stay current with industry developments and their potential impacts
Ideal Candidate
We're looking for someone with:
- Experience in medical practice and working with medical reports
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially with sensitive information
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Ability to handle multiple complex issues concurrently
- Familiarity with data analysis techniques
