Job Description

Salary: £28,000 - £36,000 per annum
Hours: 8.30am-5pm Monday - Friday

This is an exciting opportunity to join a well established, very progressive and expanding local business.

You will have experience in Client Account Management, have worked within a fast paced production/distribution/manufacturing based company or similar.

You will be responsible for ensuring all customers are well serviced, monitor orders and process orders, ensure orders are loaded onto the system correctly, monitor KPI's, liaise with customers regarding new projects, help identify company wide opportunities and support the MD and Office Manager.

You will have a strong 'can-do' attitude, be able to problem solve, be a strong team player and a dynamic individual who wants to challenge and change practices for the better.
