Job Title: Administrator (Temporary)
Location: Swindon (Hybrid Working)
Contract: 3-Month Temporary- January Start
Pay Rate: £13.50 per hour
Hours: 37 hours per week (Flexible start and end times)
Brook Street is recruiting for an Administrator on a 3-month temporary contract for our government client. This role is based in Swindon with hybrid working options available. This role will be looking for successful candidates to start January 2025.
Job Description:
As an Administrator, you will be responsible for processing large volumes of grant application PDF files and entering key data into spreadsheets. You will be provided with key phrases to identify in the unstructured PDF documents. Your task will involve locating these phrases, copying the relevant information, and pasting it into a spreadsheet.
Key Responsibilities:
- Extract key data from PDF documents and transfer it into spreadsheets.
- Identify and locate specific phrases provided by the client in the PDF files.
- Process a high volume of PDF files, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Work under supervision, either remotely or in the office, as agreed.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in using spreadsheets (Excel or similar tools).
- Comfortable with repetitive tasks and large data volumes.
- Reliable internet access if working remotely.
