Position: Full-Time Temporary Admin Officer - Network Rail - Chester
Contract: until 5/2/24 with the possibility of extending
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7.30am - 3pm
Hourly Rate: £11.60
Job Description:
We are currently seeking an organised, motivated Admin Officer to support the admin team based in Chester Maintenance depot. The successful candidate will provide an accurate, efficient and effective support to the line manager. The role will consist of the administration of rota`s and timesheets, updating of databases and spreadsheets, efficient filing, booking in vehicle maintenance and general administration support.
A knowledge of operational railway environment would be an advantage.
Requirements:
" Minimum qualifications: Five GCSEs at Grade C or above (including English Language or equivalent), NVQ Business Administration Level 2, or relevant clerical experience.
" Strong administrative skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
" Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
