• Schedule:Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
• Salary:£11.45 per hour, paid weekly
• Temporary, on going

Key Responsibilities

• Filing: Organising and maintaining both physical and electronic files to ensure easy access to essential information.
• Photocopying: Preparing and duplicating documents as required for various departments.
• Ordering and Returning of Notes: Managing the process of ordering necessary documentation and ensuring timely returns.
• Maintaining Records and Databases: Keeping accurate records and updating databases to reflect current information.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will have:

• A minimum of one year's experience in administration.
• 5 GCSE including Maths and English.
