I am seeking a skilled and experience registered manager to open and oversee the day to day management of a brand-new OFSTED registered residential home in Wolverhampton, dedicated to providing a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment for children

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the residential home, ensuring high standards of care and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to create a positive and inclusive environment.
  • Recruit, train, and support a dedicated team of care professionals.
  • Foster strong relationships with children, families, and external agencies.
  • Monitor and evaluate the home's performance, making improvements where necessary.
