Job Description
Our client HM Courts & Tribunals Service (HMCTS) is an agency of the Ministry of Justice. HMCTS provides administrative support for the legal system across England and Wales, ensuring justice works for everyone.

Brook street are recruiting for an Call handler to work in Loughborough city centre.
This a temporary position (with a possibility of extension) but one in which you would be able to gain valuable exposure/experience working within the Public Sector.
37 hours per week between 8.30am - 5.30pm
Pay rate: £11.59 per hour for the first 12 weeks and after 12 weeks this increases to £11.88 per hour
The main duties of the role are as follows:
The HMCTS contact centre at Loughborough is a busy centre that operates a centralised telephony service for courts receiving up to 10,000 calls per week in relation to Civil Claims through the County Court.
-Processing and updating high volume case details accurately and efficiently.
-Providing information to resolve their queries
-Deal with short term needs of service users
-Provide an accessible and inclusive service to service users ( members of the public and professional users)
