Position: Call Centre Representative
Location: Wilmslow
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: £13.19 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and timely manner.
  • Resolve customer queries, issues, and complaints with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Process orders, returns, and service requests according to company protocols.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up actions in the CRM system.
  • Achieve performance targets, including call handling metrics and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to resolve complex cases.

Essential Requirements:

  • Previous call centre experience is vital - Minimum of 1 years in a customer service or support role within a call centre environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
