Brook Street Recruitment is working on behalf of our client in Belfast who are seeking to recruit an experienced Business Development Manager with experience in the Telecoms sector

The candidate hired for this role should be passionate about business development, client relationships, and have a drive to succeed in a fast-paced industry.

This role is focused on driving business growth within the telecoms sector. You will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and cultivating relationships with potential clients while maintaining strong connections with existing clients to stimulate business expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

• As a Business Development Manager, you will be instrumental in driving new business opportunities, fostering client relationships, and expanding the company's presence.
• Develop and sustain strong client relationships through consistent communication, meetings, and customised solutions.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure the alignment of services and offerings with client requirements.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
• Independently manage your pipeline to meet and surpass sales targets and KPIs.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum of 2 year's sales experience, Field Sales / B2B sales within Telecoms.
• Full driving Licience
• Customer focused and experienced in self-generating new business opportunities
• Proven experience of closing sales opportunities and achieving allocated sales targets
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.

Salary -£35-£40k OTE £65K. Experience is 100% needed in sales B2B field
