Building Support Assistant

Do you thrive in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same? Do you enjoy working with people? We're seeking a Building Support Assistant to join our client on a temporary basis. You will need to be available to start this role asap and be happy to work on a rota pattern between the hours of 7:30am-10:30pm.

Type: Temporary, Full-time, Mon-Fri

Hours: Rota Pattern

Week 1 Mon-Fri 07:30am- 3:30pm

Week 2 Mon-Fri 2:30pm - 10:30pm

Salary: 11.96 per hour

Location: Cardiff

About the Role:

As a Building Support Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in supporting the Building Support Manager and Team Leader. You'll be responsible for a defined zone of buildings, ensuring operational requirements are met and delivering a seamless, highly customer-centric front-of-house service for all internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle both simple and complex enquiries professionally, following established procedures
* Provide a high level of customer service at all times with all internal and external customers
* Establish strong working relationships with key contacts
* Support team objectives and contribute to the training of new team members
* Demonstrate flexibility in working patterns and hours to meet changeable business demands, including out-of-hours events
