Job Description
Brook Street is working with a growing and successful organisation. They are looking for an experienced B2B Sales Administrator. This is a permanent role with an attractive salary and benefits package.
Duties
- Creating and collating sales reports / results analysis
- Management of proposal database and Sage CRM system
- Administration services for Head of Sales department and CEO
- Sourcing and researching potential prospects for the sales team
- Dealing with sales enquiries via email, telephone and website
Essential Skills
- Experience in a B2B working environment
- Document creation experience, particularly quotes and contracts
- Working in a fast paced environment
- Completing tight deadlines
- Managing upwards
- Strong IT skills, able to use Microsoft Packages essential and Adobe Suite/Graphic Design programmes would be advantageous
Desired Skills
- Sales Administration background
- Used to a fast paced environment, whilst able to have high attention to detail
- Manage upwards
