Asset Manager - Commercial Property

Location:
Lutterworth, Leicestershire
Hours: Full-time, Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Salary: £30,000-£35,000

The Opportunity


Our client, an award-winning commercial property agency, is looking for an Asset Manager to join their growing team in Lutterworth.
This role is ideal for a property management professional ready to take the next step, managing a diverse portfolio of offices, warehouses, industrial, and retail units while working towards Associate RICS status.



Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the main contact for landlords, tenants, and service providers to ensure smooth estate management.
  • Oversee repairs, maintenance, and compliance, managing budgets and supplier performance.
  • Support with rent reviews, lease renewals, and dilapidations negotiations.
  • Advise on lettings, rent collection, lease structuring, disposals, and acquisitions.
  • Monitor portfolio performance to maximise asset value.

  • 3+ years' experience in commercial

  • Candidate Requirements

  • 3+ years' experience in commercial OR residential property management.
  • Strong knowledge of lettings, leases, rent collection, and disposals.
  • Experience managing supplier relationships.
  • Familiarity with property management software (Propman, Agency Pilot, or similar).
  • Ambition to achieve Associate RICS status.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
