Asset Manager - Commercial Property
Location: Lutterworth, Leicestershire
Hours: Full-time, Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Salary: £30,000-£35,000

The Opportunity
Our client, an award-winning commercial property agency, is looking for an Asset Manager to join their growing team in Lutterworth.
This role is ideal for a property management professional ready to take the next step, managing a diverse portfolio of offices, warehouses, industrial, and retail units while working towards Associate RICS status.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main contact for landlords, tenants, and service providers to ensure smooth estate management.
- Oversee repairs, maintenance, and compliance, managing budgets and supplier performance.
- Support with rent reviews, lease renewals, and dilapidations negotiations.
- Advise on lettings, rent collection, lease structuring, disposals, and acquisitions.
- Monitor portfolio performance to maximise asset value.

- Strong knowledge of lettings, leases, rent collection, and disposals.
- Experience managing supplier relationships.
- Familiarity with property management software (Propman, Agency Pilot, or similar).
- Ambition to achieve Associate RICS status.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
