Job Description

Brook Street is working with an established client seeking an Appointment Maker on a full-time, permanent basis.

Main duties:

• To contact approved leads - People that have signed up via marketing.
• To generate appointments for sales team to attend.
• To keep and maintain correct data on CRM system.
• To handle customer objections.

Knowledge, skills, abilities and experience:

Customer Services Experience

IT proficient

Attention to detail

Excellent verbal communication skills
