Service Area: Patient Services
Location: Bridge House, hybrid role - training will be office based
Band: Band 2

Pay: £11.67ph

Assignment length - 6 months with potential of being extended beyond that.

Are you ready to make a difference in patient care? We are looking for a dedicated Applications Processor to join the NHS' dynamic team at Bridge House!



About the Role:

As an Applications Processor, you will play a vital role in processing and inputting patient's details for various NHS services. You will ensure accuracy and efficiency while handling applications, payments, refunds, and customer queries. Your attention to detail will help maintain our high standards of service.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Process patient applications and payments using advanced computer systems.
  • Verify patient exemptions and entitlements efficiently.
  • Communicate with customers to address queries and gather information.
  • Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements and internal policies.
  • Conduct daily quality checks and maintain organised records.
