Role: Administrator
Location: Basingstoke Law Courts, London Road, Basingstoke, RG21 4AB
Contract: Temporary until 31/03/2025 (with potential for extension)
Hours: Full-Time, Monday to Friday (09:00-17:00)
Pay Rate: 11.59 p/h, after 12 working weeks goes up to £11.88 p/h

Basingstoke Magistrates Court plays a vital role in the justice system, ensuring fair and efficient court proceedings. By joining us, you'll contribute to the important mission of maintaining justice and supporting the legal process.
Your Role:
As an Admin Officer, you'll be a crucial part of our team, supporting the Magistrates Court while learning the Statutory Declaration (Stat Dec) process. Your responsibilities will include:
- Administrative Support: Assist court staff and Bailiffs with essential administrative tasks.
- Data Management: Keep accurate records and documentation to ensure smooth court operations.
- Effective Communication: Liaise with stakeholders, providing clear and professional communication.
- Record Keeping: Maintain organised files and documentation related to court cases.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to enhance overall court efficiency.
