Job Description

Job Title: Administrator
Location: Didcot
Salary: £24,380 to £26380 per annum (+ bonus + benefits)
Contract Type: Full-Time & Fixed Term

Responsibilities:

  • Interpret contracts and accurately input relevant details into our royalty systems.
  • Review incoming and outgoing statements, addressing any discrepancies or queries.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Assist in the management of advances, sub-rights, and royalties' payments.
  • Support the Royalties Managers in generating and checking half-yearly royalty statements.
  • Complete monthly tax reporting and assist with finance reconciliations.
  • Undertake ad hoc administrative tasks as required.


Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in using SAP and other relevant software applications.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
