Location: Network Rail, Basingstoke Campus, Gresley Road, RG21 4FS

Salary: £12.64 per hour

Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:00

Duration: Temporary contract until 31/05/2024 with possibility of extension

Start date: Asap, Vetting pending

About Us: Brook Street Ltd is excited to present an opportunity for an Administrator Officer role within the Network Rail in Basingstoke. We're seeking a dedicated individual to join our team and contribute to the efficient operation of our court facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Be the friendly face of the development centre, providing exceptional front-line customer service and assistance to all visitors.
  2. Ensure seamless coordination of training courses by providing accurate and timely details of attendees to the relevant managers and specialists.
  3. Set up training rooms to perfection, ensuring they are equipped with all necessary materials and facilities.
  4. Support the training process by producing high-quality copies of training materials as required.
  5. Take charge of recording assessment results into our system promptly and accurately.
  6. Manage the procurement of goods and services for the development centre, while keeping meticulous records of expenditure.
  7. Provide comprehensive administrative support to the management team and specialists, assisting them in various tasks as needed.
  8. Collaborate closely with the Planner and administration team to optimise resource utilisation and ensure efficiency across the board.

Requirements:

  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an exceptional telephone manner.
  • Previous experience working collaboratively in a team environment is essential.
