Job Description

Job Title: Administrator
Location: Didcot
Salary: £24,380 to £26380 per annum (+ bonus + benefits)
Contract Type: Full-Time & Fixed Term

Responsibilities:

Interpret contracts and accurately input relevant details into our royalty systems.
Review incoming and outgoing statements, addressing any discrepancies or queries.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
Assist in the management of advances, sub-rights, and royalties` payments.
Support the Royalties Managers in generating and checking half-yearly royalty statements.
Complete monthly tax reporting and assist with finance reconciliations.
Undertake ad hoc administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:

Previous experience in an administrative role
Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in using SAP and other relevant software applications.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
