Job Description

Brook Street are working with our Belfast client to recruit a Business Administrator - This position is for a fixed term contract of 12 month - There is a possibility of extension

Responsibilities

  • Maintain the site traffic diary for goods in & out.
  • Deal with drivers when they arrive on site.
  • Liaising with suppliers on late deliveries.
  • Communication with other departments regarding late or incomplete deliveries.
  • Maintaining all documents relating to supply chain process in accordance with the company's procedures and quality requirements.
  • Assisting with general office tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
  • Supporting the general functioning and other members of the supply chain department.
  • Undertake any reasonable tasks or duties assigned by the Office/CX Manager from time to time, related to the effective and efficient performance of the job, and providing they are within the post holders skills and ability


Criteria

  • Must have previous office admin experience and be fully proficient with Microsoft Suite
  • Must have good communication skills - verbal and written
