Job Description
Our Public Sector client based in Birmingham City Centre is currently looking for an Administrative Officer to support their Investigation and Enforcement Department. This will be Monday to Friday, usually 9.00am to 5.00pm. This will potentially be an ongoing temporary assignment, paying £11.53 per hour. This is currently hybrid working 3 days a week onsite and 2 from home.
Your responsibilities will be to work active cases to be sent for further investigation or liaise with shareholders/customers by word and phone. This will involve open searches and issuing requests for non-public data about Company Directors, and/or financial information requests including company bank statements.
Daily Activities will include but not be limited to:
- Open-source searches on the internet and inhouse systems
- Updating the case progression
- Telephone calls
- Issuing of standard letters/Emails
Skills required:
- Ability to use Microsoft applications, such as Word to produce standard letters and update working notes
- Sound organisation skills to manage workloads
- Ability to work to work at pace to meet deadlines
- Confident in making and Receiving calls
This role will require a DBS check and three years referencing.
