Job Description
Our Public Sector client based in Worcester is looking for an administrator to help support their Contracts Management Team. This is a temporary role, Monday to Friday 37.00 hours per week, paying £12.33 per hour. This role will follow a hybrid working pattern, with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.
You will be required to provide general administrative support for the Team. The main role responsibilities are listed below, together with any other ad hoc administration duties as required:
- Managing and triaging the department inbox, flagging emails for the relevant member of the team and responding to generic queries
- Supporting the Senior team with administration processes
- Attending meetings and note taking, following up on action points raised
- Data entry on tracker spreadsheets and / or databases
- Accurately inputting data and collating paperwork / forms
- Some communication with internal/external stakeholders by email and telephone
Full training will be provided. You must be well organised and have strong MS Office skills, and previous administrative experience. You should be pro-active and able to work within a team environment, yet also independently.
Please be aware that this role will require a DBS and three years referencing.
