Brook Street is thrilled to offer a fantastic full-time, temporary position with the Ministry of Justice. Join a dynamic, fast-paced team at Queensway House, where you'll play a crucial role in supporting the enforcement of monetary orders and helping uphold justice.

What You'll Be Doing:
As a key member of the admin team, you'll be responsible for:
- Data Management: Inputting case details, processing paperwork, and assisting with telephone debt recovery to support court order enforcement.
- Decision Making: Taking decisive actions regarding enforcement steps for defaulters.
- Customer Correspondence: Answering inquiries, handling customer calls, and coordinating with agencies such as bailiffs, DWP, and employers.
- Collaboration: Working with multiple teams and agencies to ensure judicial decisions are enforced efficiently, while offering guidance on court procedures.
- General Administration: Managing routine tasks such as photocopying, faxing, filing, archiving, and handling office communications.
What We're Looking For:
- Excellent Communicator: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with customers and external agencies.
- Tech-Savvy: Confident using Microsoft Office tools like Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams. Experience with bespoke government systems is a bonus.
- Highly Organised: A detail-oriented approach, capable of staying organised and meeting targets in a high-pressure environment.
- Reliable and Adaptable: A flexible team player who can shift between tasks easily and work efficiently under deadlines.
