Job Title: Administrative/Telephony Officer (Full-Time, Temporary)
Location: Bury St Edmunds
Salary: £11.59 per hour
Working Hours: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm, 37 hours per week

Our client, a leading Public Sector organisation, is looking for a proactive and reliable Administrative/Telephony Officer to join their team on a full-time, temporary basis at HMCTS Bury St Edmunds. Key Responsibilities:
As an Administrative/Telephony Officer, you will play a vital role in supporting the efficient operation of the court system. Your day-to-day tasks will include:
- Telephony support: Answering calls regarding hearing dates and providing assistance to people involved in family-related court cases
- Document preparation: Preparing papers and files for court hearings, tribunals, and meetings
- Data management: Updating records on an in-house system, managing casework, and verifying documents
- General office duties: Photocopying, filing, post opening and dispatch, and booking meeting rooms
- Supporting meetings and training: Organising and preparing agendas, handouts, and meeting instructions

The ideal candidate will be comfortable speaking on the phone regularly and be confident in handling a range of administrative tasks. We're looking for someone who is:
