Job Opportunity: Admin Officer


Position: Admin Officer
Hours: 37 hours per week (7.5 hours per day)
Pay: £11.53 per hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday

Are you ready for an exciting career opportunity in the public sector? Our client based in Ipswich is currently on the lookout for a dedicated Admin Officer to join their team in the office on a full-time, temporary basis!


Key Responsibilities:

  • Dealing with Electronic Post: Manage and organise incoming electronic communications.
  • Issuing Standard Letters & Reports: Prepare and send standard correspondence to creditors.
  • Reviewing Case Notes: Assess case files and take appropriate follow-up actions.
  • Communication: Engage with debtors, directors, the public, and private sector firms via phone, email, or letter.
  • Database Management: Ensure accurate data input and maintenance of our systems.


Skills & Requirements:

  • Proficient in IT, particularly in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
