Job Description
Location: Liverpool, L39PP
HYBRID 60% office based, 40% remote working- office days are scheduled to align with business needs on a rota basis.
Hourly rate: £12.84
Working Days/Hours: Monday to Friday 9am -5pm core hours (37 hours per week)
Brook Street in partnership with the Home Office has a fantastic opportunity to join their UK Visas and Immigration team as an admin officer.
Daily Duties/Responsibilities:

  • To produce work and make decisions to a fully effective standard or above. Assessed through feedback from quality samples by SCWs using the Decision Quality Framework (DQF).
  • Achieve a minimum Insight productivity rating of '1' per week.
  • Manage your case load ensuring applications are concluded to meet the service level agreements.
  • Continue to build a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  • Fully embrace Operational Excellence, demonstrating a commitment in supporting the unit in their annual reviews.
  • Take responsibility for your own learning and development and contribute to the support and development of others.

Training:
The Home Office require 100% office attendance for the duration of a 6 week training period. Once training has been completed and signed off by a line manager, a 60/40 hybrid policy will begin.
Please note that no annual leave will be permitted during the first 2 weeks of training.
Role specific requirements:
You must hold a valid passport and must have lived in the UK for longer than 5 years. You can apply for the role with your CV. This role requires security clearance that will be processed for you, if successful.
