Admin Credit Controller-Hybrid-Bristol

Job Description

Brook Street are currently recruiting for Admin Credit controller working for a government Client.
To assist in Debt collection management for VCA.

This is a full-time role working 37 hours per week, Monday-Friday
Hybrid working-3 days at Home 2 days at office
Location is Bristol, BS5 6XX
Rate of pay is £11.85 per hour
The assignment is for 6 Months

Main duties include:

" To closely monitor client accounts and debt chase both UK and overseas customers. Log details onto Collect system and report findings to the credit control manager.
" To assist in the management, debt collection of the Srl accounts on a business units ledger. Reconcile the accounts, provide copy invoices to the Srl, chase payments and provide a cash forecast to the credit manager.
" Sending copy invoices, credit notes or statements to customers, as and when required;
Run credit checks, open new accounts when authorised by signatories, as per authority limits.
" To assist with the new VCA online portal Dynamics requests from customers. Process new portal requests, prepare credit checks and paperwork authorisation for the credit manager to review/approve. Confirm and process the authorised portal accounts on Dynamics.
" Set up the new accounts on XRM for portal customers.
" Covering the responsibilities of the credit control manager as and when required;


Skills & experience required:
Must have Finance/Credit control experience
Well organised, works in a professional manner
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
You will need to be thorough with good attention to detail.
The ability to manage your own workloads to prioritise competing demands.

Basic DBS will be provided via Brookstreet
