Job Description

Hourly rate:??11.48
Working Days/Hours:?Monday-Friday 08:00 AM-16:00 PM.

Brook Street in partnership with the HMPO has a fantastic opportunity to join their Customer Service Team.

Daily Duties/Responsibilities:

To work in an operational team within Civil Registration Directorate (CRD) ensuring the delivery of key performance targets as set out in the CRD business plan.
Key Responsibilities:
* Producing birth, death and marriage certificates using both manual and computer based systems
* Inputting, verifying and retrieving information from both manual and computer based systems
* Work effectively within a fast paced multi-tasking team based environment to achieve team goals/targets
* To take responsibility for one's own personal attendance, performance and development
* To demonstrate and promote HMPO Values in all areas of work, and adhere, without question, to HMPO policies and procedures.
Experience/ Skills
* Demonstrate flexibility and be able to successfully perform a range of multi-skilled duties.
* Have a strong sense of personal ethics and honesty and can demonstrate sound interpersonal, communication and relationship building skills, and thrive working as part of a team.
* Show resilience and can work in a challenging and fast paced environment
Desirable:
* A sound knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Training: 4 weeks. ?
