HM Revenue & Customs
Brook Street has had a longstanding relationship with HMRC for many years.
HMRC roles often involve Customer Service Advisers (AO) in our Customer Service Group (CSG) department nationally across the UK where these roles are based from home, this is where we handle high-volume projects. While we primarily recruit for these positions, we occasionally recruit for higher grades such as EO and HEO, though in smaller quantities, mostly all our roles are full time positions only.
About HMRC

Tax Compliance and Enforcement: HMRC works to ensure compliance with tax laws, conducting audits and investigations to detect and address tax evasion and fraud.
Customs and Border Protection: HMRC manages customs processes, ensuring the smooth flow of goods in and out of the country while enforcing customs regulations.
Benefits and Credits: HMRC administers various forms of state support, including Child Benefit, tax credits, and the Marriage Allowance.
Policy Implementation: The department helps implement government tax policies and reforms, ensuring they are effectively applied and communicated to the public.
