Our client is a national provider of Social Care that are in a period of rapid growth. They are currently looking for a Registered Manager to take over this amazing service. Just a 5 minute walk from the Train Station and less than 5 minutes drive to the Motorway the Home has excellent links for people travelling from Liverpool and Manchester.

You will be responsible for the day to day running of the Home and keeping the Home compliant with CQC regulations. You will have a keen eye for quality and detail and ability to problem solve. You will have experience with a variety of different needs including Dual Diagnosis, Learning Disabilities and complex care needs. You will have a consistent approach to work and excellent team management skills able to manage a team of up to 11 staff.

The ideal candidate will come from a similar role with experience in an 8 or more bedded Home. You will have a good attitude to learning new things and excellent written and verbal communication. You will have knowledge of CQC compliance and key industry knowledge to ensure a high level of care. You will be prepared to take on a challenge and have full commitment to your work.

Requirements:
- NVQ level 4/5 in Leadership and Management in Health and Social Care
- 2 years experience in a Home Management role
- Driver preferred

For your skills and experience you will receive an annual salary of £24,500 + Performance related bonus structure and some excellent benefits.
