We are looking for a Sales Negotiator to join a fun, friendly, driven team in the heart of Stamford.

Our client is one of the market leading agencies and offer fantastic opportunities for career progression, development, and uncapped commission!

Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30 til 6pm, alternative Saturdays 9am - 4pm

Salary negotiable depending on experience

Responsibilities and Skillset:

• Booking viewings which will mainly be accompanied by you or the viewing team
• Arrange Appraisals
• Negotiating offers for clients, achieving the best price!
• Providing client updates and feedback
• Assisting with Conveyancing Referrals
• Match making with waiting buyers to find their dream property.
• Being forward thinking and organised is essential to this role
• Having a 'Can-Do' attitude and having resilience
