We are looking for a Senior Children & Young People Residential Support Worker to work within the Northampton area of Northamptonshire. This is a role for a permanent and full time applicant who holds the relevant experience and qualifications.

The salary is £19186 - £24598 with additional Sleep ins of £38

The service users display emotional, behavioural and social attachment difficulties, mental health needs and moderate learning difficulties.

The service provides care and support to 4 young people experiencing mental health, emotional and behavioural difficulties between the ages of 7-18 years. They are a small and independent company with three other homes within the area.

This job entails you to care for the children and young people and to ensure that they are able to have the best start in life from when they start their placement within the company.

The ideal candidate will be a driver, have an NVQ 3 in Children and Young People and to have experience working with children and Young People.

This is a permanent and full time role which will include a pattern of shifts such as earlies, lates, long days and 1 - 2 sleep ins per week.
